Bernie's Buttermilk Fried Chicken $15
Deep fried boneless, skinless, all natural chicken breast and thigh that have been marinated in buttermilk, dusted in seasoned flour and deep fried 'til crispy.

Blackened Catfish $16
Farm raised catfish, seasoned with our own daddy spice, then pan seared 'til blackened and spicy!  We dress it up with our stewed okra, tomato and onions...

Shrimp and Grits* $20
A classic low-country dish...just a bit spicy.  Barbequed prawns served over bleu cheese grits.

Creole Meatloaf $15
This naturally raised St. Helen's, beef ground for us, puts a modern twist on a comfort food classic -  which is served with a rich, brown gravy.

New York Steak $20
All natural, 10 oz. St.Helen's NY strip pan seared to your liking, then dressed up with a pink peppercorn, roasted shallot hollandaise sauce.

Pulled Pork Sandwich* $14
Carlton Farms all-natural pork slow roasted in a Carolina-style marinade then piled high on a toasted bun with a drizzle of white BBQ sauce and a side of Uglesich's super slaw.

Creole Gumbo** $16
Andouille sausage and roasted, natural chicken in a hearty, charred tomato and okra stew served over steamed rice.  Our gumbo has a hint of spiciness. 

Wild Salmon $18
An 8 oz. wild Alaskan salmon fillet, pan seared and served with a lemon, caper remoulade.

Fried Oyster Po' Boy* $17
Crispy, cornmeal fried, Washington oysters piled on a toasted ciabatta bun then topped with Uglesich's super slaw.

Three Cheese Ravioli** $15
Fresh, locally made ravioli filled with pecorino, ricotta and parmesan cheeses served with a charred tomato cream sauce with sauteed greens and wild mushrooms.
